Parque Santiago II

This is a ground floor apartment situated within a family orientated complex with 24 hour security. This complex is not suited to '18 - 30' type groups. It is central to all amenties, has a heated swimming pool with spacious sun terraces, pool bar/cafe and is 50 yards from the beach. It has 2 supermarkets located on site. Safe is available in the apartment for your valuables. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Arrangements can be made to hire cots, highchairs and airport transfers.

Bedrooms

Master bedroom has a kingsize bed and a ceiling fan is installed for your comfort. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, with room to accommodate a z bed and a ceiling fan. Hairdryers and continental adaptors will be provided for your use.

Bathrooms

The downstairs cloakroom has newly fitted shower and toilet facilities and the upstairs bathroom has been newly fitted with a bath, overhead shower and toilet.

Kitchen

Newly fitted kitchen with 2 ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils and crockery.

Living Rooms

Lounge area with satellite TV including a movie and sports channels, DVD player, CD player, dining area with dining table and chairs and ceiling fan.

Linen

Linen and towels (not for beach or pool use) provided to suit the number of occupants. All changed weekly.

Outside
Enclosed lighted patio area to ground floor furnished with sun loungers and patio furniture for outside use and smoking.

Coast/Beach
The beach is 50 yards from the complex.

Golf
This complex is central to the many golf courses situated in the south of the island.

Travel
Transfer time from Reina Sofia Airport (Tenerife South) is approximately 20 minutes by car/taxi.

Further details
The complex is close to shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants and bars, with many on the verge of the Complex. There is a walkway on the beachfront that leads to many directions including Los Cristianos, Fanabe, Torviscas and Adeje. Short taxi ride from the newest attractions, Siam Park, which is due to open April 2008.

Thank you for a very enjoyable stay in your apartment it is very nice, we appreciated the hospitality of the tea, coffee, milk etc as we were delayed for a couple of hours so we were ready for a drink when we got there. Mr D Campbell.

Just a line to let you know that we really enjoyed staying at your apt over Christmas. We don't think the photos on the web site DO it justice, it was clean, smart and very comfortable, and the tea, coffee and milk was very thoughtful. If you want to use our recommendation of your apt you are most welcome. I tried to find something that was missing, but all I could come up with was a butter knife! Booking Notes:

50% non-refundable deposit is required on booking, to be received within 7 days to secure booking, with remainder to be paid 8 weeks before departure. £50 security bond to be paid along with balance.

This will be refunded on inspection on departure and return of keys.
